Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return these in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.  Wool & Much Much More Ltd. does not accept responsibility for returned items going missing.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Wool & Much Much More Ltd., of your decision to cancel this contract by emailing Woolandmuchmuchmore@gmail.com with the subject line: ONLINE SHOP RETURN

You need to supply your name and address, contact phone number and/or your email address and details of your order.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to email us as above before the cancellation period expires.

This does not apply in the case of faulty goods

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract before the dispatch of your goods, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Books and patterns are non-returnable due to copyright law.

Needles are also non returnable unless faulty.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Failed Deliveries

If your order is unable to be delivered by our chosen delivery method, they will advise of this by leaving a card through your door. In the unlikely event that the order is returned to ourselves, there will be additional delivery charges incurred for this to be re-sent, we will advise of these charges if the circumstance arises.
